Niching exists to serve you and to serve your ideal client. It’s really built out of sacred reciprocity and connection.

Do you have a painful story about your past that you can’t seem to let go of? That hurts your heart and soul to think about?
It’s amazing how much suffering we cause ourselves months, years and even decades after painful event/s because of HOW we are CHOOSING to THINK about what happened.
Yes, it’s HOW you CHOOSE to THINK about the past that is causing you pain right now, not the actual event itself. Because the event is over, right? Meaning…it’s NOT happening right now, is it? NO.
The only thing happening right now is you are THINKING about what happened & CHOOSING to make it mean something NEGATIVE about you. You are typically using your past painful story as evidence that a negative belief you already have about yourself is true
I call these negative beliefs “open wounds” because they can and want to be healed.
“Open wounds” such as “you’re unlovable”, “you’re a mess” or “you’re a failure”…and so on.
Your past painful story you are holding onto is like salt in your “open wounds”.
Buddhist say that any time we suffer misfortune, two arrows fly our way . 🏹 The first arrow is the actual event, which can cause pain in that moment.
🏹 The second arrow is the suffering we inflict upon ourselves because of what we are making the first arrow mean. The second arrow is the pain you feel today, even though the first arrow happened days, months or years ago.
Sometimes we can even manifest a lot of similar painful events in our life until we face and heal the “open wounds” inside of us.
Think about what your painful past story is trying to tell you? What is the real reason you are upset, what is the “open wound” inside of you that longs to be healed, that longs to be turned into the sweet honey of your life – by offering that pain understanding, self love, kindness, acceptance and grace.
And if the first arrow caused trauma, please make sure to be kind to yourself and get help to clear the trauma with a therapist.
